We are seeking an Organisational Development Expert to join our team at TN Ireland.

This is a daily rate contract for a minimum of 6 months and is based in Dublin. Financial Services sector experience is desirable.

The Role
  • The Organisational Development Expert will lead the development of a comprehensive portfolio level change approach and structure.
  • This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and developing a clear engagement/communication plan to land the Change.
  • The successful candidate will use appropriate techniques and tools to capture 'as is' processes and work with stakeholders to clarify and communicate 'to be' processes/roles.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience of Change Management principles and Implementation within the Portfolio/Programme/Project Delivery area of a medium to large organisation is essential.
  • Experience capturing and documenting Business Change requirements is also necessary.
  • A proven track record in organisational change process and role transition planning and implementation, coupled with training needs assessment, is required.
  • Operational Model definition and implementation experience is also necessary.
