Enterprise UX Design Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive cutting-edge, intuitive, and workflow-optimized experiences for security professionals managing complex data protection challenges.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement UX strategies to ensure seamless, modern, and efficient user workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex security use cases into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
  • Analyze customer journeys and communicate pain points clearly in executive summaries and detailed problem statements.
  • Lead design thinking workshops, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that set the standard for enterprise security UX.
  • Influence product direction with data-driven insights.
We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of experience designing enterprise B2B SaaS products, preferably in cybersecurity or Cloud Platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing complex workflow design and simplification of technical concepts.
  • Expertise in modern design tools (Figma) and UX research methodologies.
  • Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
