Customer Success Manager Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our Signature Success Plan, providing expert guidance and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutch and Benelux Signature customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including IT and business executive leadership
- Provide timely, proactive MuleSoft feature guidance and advise customers on adoption of new features
- Cultivate and communicate the value of our Signature Success Plan to ensure customer renewal
- Act as an advocate for customers during the resolution of high-severity cases
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, MuleSoft or iPaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, and/or solutions architecture
- Experience with MuleSoft and/or a relevant competing platform
- 4+ years' experience in management consulting services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms
