About the Role

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for advocating on behalf of our customers, overseeing a portfolio of clients to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of our products through prescriptive guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, ensuring technical health and optimal product usage.
  • Identify criteria for assisting customers using Artificial Intelligence in their digital experiences.
  • Promote successful customer stories and processes.
  • Maximize value from our product investments and license usage.
  • Work with our teams to improve product adoption and increase our footprint.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
  • Relevant accreditations or certifications are a plus.
