About the Role

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients, develop and implement new services, and contribute to the growth and development of our services. Your expertise in Adolescent Mental Health will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Current registration on the Psychiatric division of the register maintained by NMBI or eligibility to register with extensive knowledge base regarding programmes for adolescent services and its impact on the individual (physically and psychologically) and on the family system.
  • Extensive clinical experience and expertise (a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in mental health services including a minimum of two years' experience in Adolescent Mental Health).
  • A Level 8 post-registration National Qualifications Authority of Ireland major academic award relevant to the specialist area of Adolescent Mental Health.
  • A qualification in Nursing Medicinal Product Prescribing (candidate appointed without same must commit to undertaking this training within two years of appointment).
