**Background Checks Specialist Role**

This role is focused on conducting thorough background checks for aviation carriers in compliance with EU Regulation 2019/103 and Chapter 11: Staff Recruitment and Training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all background checks are carried out as per client requirements and in accordance with EU regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Enhanced Background Checks for flight and cabin crew
  • Submission of Enhanced Background Check files for non-resident crew to the relevant authorities
  • Compliance with EU regulation and Chapter 11 NASCP of annual requirements
  • Maintaining integrity, discipline, and confidentiality as per company policies

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently using your own initiative
  • Recognised or working towards a qualification in Business/HR / Computer Science
