Job Role

This role involves conducting enhanced and standard background checks for Ireland's leading aviation carriers in accordance with EU Regulation 2019/103.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking thorough and meticulous tasks with a focus on detail and accuracy. They will work on high-volume projects with a quick turnaround, requiring excellent people skills, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting enhanced background checks for flight and cabin crew in accordance with EU Reg 2019/103
  • Submitting enhanced background check files for non-resident crew to the IAA, Technical Panel, and AvSec for review and sign off
  • Consulting with AOCs and IAA/AvSec regarding submission files
  • Submitting enhanced background check files for Irish resident crew to the CPO
  • Maintaining compliance with EU regulation and Chapter 11 NASCP of annual requirements
Required Skills:
  • Thorough and meticulous approach to tasks with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on high-volume, quick turnaround projects
  • Excellent people skills with proven confidence to establish and maintain strong working relationships and networks
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently using your own initiative and as an effective team member
  • Recognised or working towards a qualification in Business/HR/Computer Science
  • Flexible, multitasker able to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude
