Job Title: Breast Check Clinic Nursing Manager
Job DescriptionAs a Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of high-quality patient care within the Breast Check clinic.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of nursing principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating the assessment, planning, and delivery of patient care, as well as providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Additionally, our ideal candidate will have experience working in a breast cancer screening program and/or a similar clinical setting.
