Job Title: Relief Chef

We are seeking skilled and experienced chefs to fill a relief position in Limerick. This role offers flexibility with varying shifts available, allowing candidates to choose days and hours that suit their schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and cook meals according to the agreed menu plan
  • To maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
  • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve set goals and objectives
  • To be flexible and willing to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
