Relief Chef Role

As a relief chef, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including hotels, hospitals, restaurants, contract catering units, and special event venues.

About the Relief Chef Position

This is an exciting role for an experienced chef who wants to gain new skills, meet new people and enjoy a dynamic work environment with excellent pay rates and flexible working hours. We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to different situations and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines
  2. Provide high-quality catering to meet the needs of customers and Head Chefs
  3. Hold valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions
Benefits
  • Pay rate starting at €18ph and up to €25ph for Sunday work
  • Paid Weekly and for every hour worked

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Up-to-date HACCP certification
  2. Manual Handling certifications
  3. A passion to create high-quality food
  4. The ability to work under pressure
