Healthcare Component Manufacturing Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer of healthcare components in County Kerry. We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production output, supervise operatives, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage operatives, prioritising tasks and ensuring efficient production within a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee production output, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring all products meet documented specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and product specifications, as well as Irish legislation.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background, ideally as a fitter or mechanic by trade.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with injection moulding machines.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
