Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide exceptional administrative support in our office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, as well as maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and database management
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Candidate Profile:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
  • A proactive approach and ability to work on your own initiative
  • A professional, friendly, and positive attitude
