As an Assistant Front of House Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional customer service and have a memorable stay with us.

Job Description:
  • Assist the FOH Manager in managing the front office department, including supervising employees and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure that all staff on duty follow required procedures and protocols.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports as required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in a 3 or 4 star hotel and possess excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in using hotel software such as HotSoft.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Team Management: Supervise and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and achieve set targets.

Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing disruption to guests and staff.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 3 or 4 star hotel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using hotel software such as HotSoft.
  • Valid work permit for a minimum of 12 months.
