We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

">About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to every customer who visits our store. You will support our sales teams by ensuring that the sales floor is always clean, tidy, and safe for customers and colleagues alike. Your tasks will include unloading stock and deliveries, merchandising products, and performing other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries confidently
  • Support the sales teams by ensuring the sales floor is always clean, tidy, and safe
  • Unload stock and deliveries promptly and efficiently
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
