Job Description

The Client Services Manager will oversee the delivery of transfer agency services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service levels.

Responsibilities include managing daily client interactions, resolving operational issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue escalation and develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that align with client expectations.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering transfer agency services that meet or exceed service level agreements.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage service delivery, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Develop and implement SLAs with clients, ensuring clear documentation and alignment of expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with experience in a client-focused role. Prior experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or fund accounting is highly desirable.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
