IT Asset Management Lead

Job Summary:

Reperio Human Capital is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional to lead the governance, software demand, and lifecycle management for IT assets. The successful candidate will maintain and ensure accuracy of the IT asset catalogue, oversee deployment, reclamation, and license fulfilment, monitor compliance with regulatory and internal standards, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on SaaS management, align technology with business needs by managing a portfolio of applications, act as point of contact for application onboarding, governance, and roadmap updates, collaborate with business leaders on contract renewals and optimisation strategies, analyse performance, identify redundancies, and drive application rationalisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead governance, software demand, and lifecycle management for IT assets.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of the IT asset catalogue.
  • Oversee deployment, reclamation, and license fulfilment.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on SaaS management.
  • Align technology with business needs by managing a portfolio of applications.
  • Act as point of contact for application onboarding, governance, and roadmap updates.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on contract renewals and optimisation strategies.
  • Analyse performance, identify redundancies, and drive application rationalisation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Asset or Portfolio Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of ITAM principles and lifecycle planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, LeanIX, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Bonus: Certifications such as CITAM, CSAM, or CHAMP.
