About the Role:

Clinical Nurse Managers play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care and services for residents in nursing homes. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing an enthusiastic team to provide exceptional care and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing looking to work for a well-established nursing home in Dublin North. You will have the chance to develop policies, programs, and evidence-based practice consistent with standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing, with 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment. Significant management experience and excellent people skills are essential. Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations is also required.

The successful candidate will lead and manage an enthusiastic team, ensuring all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded. They will also ensure the development of policies, programs, and evidence-based practice consistent with standards and regulations.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for supervising nurses, rostering staff, and implementing HIQA standards and regulations. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing
