The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience as an RGN, registered with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, and at least 3 years of post-registration experience working with older people within the previous 6 years.

A successful track record in a nursing management role is essential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents, family members, team members, management, and external bodies.

The Chief Nursing Officer will lead the delivery of exceptional care standards and operational excellence in our facility, providing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to support their personal and professional growth.

The role offers a stimulating and varied position in a modern, purpose-built environment, with opportunities for collaboration with a dedicated training team that delivers staff development in the classroom and on the floor.
