Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: TTM Healthcare Location: Ideally based full time in our HQ in Ennis. Position Overview: CFO Key Responsibilities: The CFO will be responsible for driving financial discipline and strategic growth in line with our 3X10X journey, with a strong focus on, commercial rigor, cost control and data-driven decision-making. This role will lead the delivery of financial sustainability, enhance risk management frameworks and implement dynamic cost-saving initiatives. A crucial aspect of the role involves aligning financial strategies with key business KPIs, fostering collaboration across departments, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the role will require strong leadership in shaping business strategy, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring transparency in financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Collaboration: Act as a key decision-maker and thought leader, while building strong relationships and influencing business strategy. 2. Commercial Rigor & Strategic Financial Planning: Drive strategic financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 3. Cost Control & Financial Performance: Lead the implementation of dynamic cost control measures, discipline and rigor that adapt to changing business environments and operational efficiency. 4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Support key business decisions with robust financial modelling and forecasting. 5. Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks within the control environment. 6. KPI Alignment & Business Performance: Continuously evaluate performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize business outcomes. 7. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team of TTM Healthcare and Broadlake SLT to align strategic goals and ensure business continuity, transformation, and financial management efficiency. Qualifications and Experience 1.Educational and Professional Qualifications and Experience: A bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is essential. Professional Qualifications: Eg: ACA or FCA, (ACCA) ACCA or FCCA, CIMA or CPA Typically, 10+ years of progressively senior financial management experience. Experience in M&A, fundraising, and investor relations can be an advantage 2. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge Strong understanding of Irish and EU financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance. Familiarity with FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
