About Your New Job

Support the board, executive management team, and committees on corporate governance matters.

Prepare and distribute meeting materials for the board and committee meetings.

Draft minutes of and matters arising from board and committee meetings.

Maintain and update the statutory register.

Provide and support corporate governance best practices.

Stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes affecting corporate secretarial practices.

Display discretion in handling confidential information.

BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY COMPANY STAKEHOLDERS REQUIRES:

A Professional Company Secretary Qualification or a related field third-level qualification.

3-5 years of post-qualification experience as a company secretary.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Demonstrated strong communication, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
