About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and other culinary team members in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation. This will involve working efficiently and effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

You will also be expected to work closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation
  • Support the Head Chef and other culinary team members
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
