Executive Chef Position

We are seeking a seasoned Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in professional cookery and have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 39 hours of work per week.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a section of the kitchen during service ensuring food quality and timely delivery
  • Assist with stock management and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Support the head chef and senior chefs during service, taking on additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff
  • Familiarity with industry-standard health and safety protocols and procedures
