Senior Culinary Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chef De Partie to join our talented culinary team in Cork. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead and manage a designated section, ensuring seamless service delivery.

The successful candidate will have strong grill experience and a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. They will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, focusing on quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster on 3 days off 4 days working schedule.
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards.
  • Lead and manage your section, especially during busy service periods.
  • Demonstrate strong experience on the grill section, ensuring accurate and safe cooking of meats and proteins.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP regulations.
  • Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for daily specials.
  • Support junior team members with training and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen.
  • Strong grill experience is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of culinary techniques, presentation, and portion control.
  • A team player with strong communication and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
