Job Title: Senior Culinary Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Leader to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team of chefs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • A proven track record as a Senior Chef De Partie or Sous Chef in a similar establishment.

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of skilled chefs, overseeing food preparation, and implementing new menu ideas. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and maintain a high-quality culinary service that meets the expectations of our clients.

  • Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, supervising food preparation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Developing and implementing new menu concepts, taking into account seasonal ingredients and client preferences.
  • Ensuring that all kitchen staff adhere to established policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and quality control.
