Senior Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Senior Kitchen Team Member. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Monitor food quality and hygiene standards
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Participate in menu planning and development
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
