We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional to lead our kitchen team as an Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality culinary experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for menu innovation and revenue growth.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, stock rotation, and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role within a hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • High standards of culinary expertise, with a passion for menu innovation and creativity.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:

A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential. A recognized culinary qualification, such as a City & Guilds diploma, would also be beneficial.
