We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the preparation and cooking of all dishes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements
  • A strong background in professional cooking, preferably with experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
