Executive Chef Position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead a talented kitchen team in a thriving hotel setting.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational skills, a passion for food, and a proven ability to manage kitchen performance, team engagement, and food innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team, promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including service, food quality, hygiene, staffing, and supplier management
  • Develop and implement menu designs, costing, and innovation in line with seasonal trends and guest expectations
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and internal audit requirements
  • Manage kitchen budgets, food gross profit, payroll, and inventory to achieve financial targets
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategy, training, and hotel-wide initiatives
  • Support brand visibility through food-led content and a strong presence in kitchen leadership
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Head Chef in a hotel or similar environment
  • Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of food trends, cost control, and kitchen operations
  • Full understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a high standard of personal professionalism
