**Senior Chef Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chef to join our team in a prominent Fine Dining Restaurant in Cork. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen areas and personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, HACCP implementation, and staff management. They will also be expected to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service during peak periods.

**Requirements:**

  • 2/3 Rosette - Michelin level experience
  • Extensive Fine Dining Restaurant experience
  • Able to prioritise, organise and delegate work assignments
  • Hands-on and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
