Executive Chef Opportunity

Cork, Ireland presents an exciting chance for a seasoned chef to lead a well-established kitchen team in a dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Role:
As Executive Chef, you will oversee and manage all kitchen operations including prep, service, stock control, and ordering. You will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and mentoring a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing creative seasonal menus and daily specials, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control, and managing kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A creative culinary mindset with a deep understanding of seasonal and modern cuisine.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen management practices.
  • Experience in menu planning, cost control, and supplier negotiations.
