Job Title: Culinary DirectorAbout the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and ensure seamless day-to-day running.
  • Manage food production, maintaining consistency and quality across all F&B outlets.
  • Monitor and control kitchen performance, with a focus on food costs and GP targets.
  • Support and develop a motivated, professional kitchen team.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety legislation.
Candidate Profile:
  • 23 years' experience as a Culinary Director or Head Chef in a 4-star or higher property.
  • Michelin experience highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Proven success in managing kitchen performance and meeting targets.
  • Passion for quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • HACCP and all relevant health & safety certifications required.
