Food and Beverage Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of all food and beverage outlets within a busy 4-star hotel in Cork City.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving service excellence, managing high-performing teams, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic menu development, promotions, and cost control.

The Role:
  • Lead daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive quality, profitability, and guest loyalty through effective team management and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sales Team to develop innovative menus and promotions that drive sales and enhance the overall dining experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in senior F&B management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar upscale hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Commercial focus with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
