Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a small hotel in Munster, Ireland.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to wear many hats, from culinary innovation and execution to mentoring and inspiring a small team. The successful candidate must be up-to-date on implementing and managing HACCP systems and able to deliver strong food cost percentages.

The hotel operates year-round with peak business during the summer months. We are looking for someone who can adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a seasonal environment.

As Head Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellent cuisine and providing a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
