We are seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team in Cork City Centre. As a key member of the culinary brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our discerning guests.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to join a prestigious hotel group, where creativity, quality, and career growth are highly valued. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards
  • Assisting in the development of menus and new dishes
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Managing stock rotation, ordering, and waste control
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong communication and leadership skills
