Job Title: Production Culinary Expert

This is an excellent opportunity for chefs looking for a structured and controlled environment to produce high-quality products.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring that all products meet the required standards of quality and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cooking and food preparation
  • Labeling and sealing freshly handmade products
  • Loading chilled products onto our chilled vehicles
  • Participating in a team environment
  • Maintaining stock levels and ordering
  • Producing high-quality food products
  • Developing a food strategy for the unit
  • FOLLOWING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
Hygiene in Food Production:
  • Implement, maintain, and ensure compliance with company procedures, E.H.O, Q.A, and H.A.C.C.P requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date COSHH regulations and PPE guidelines
  • Be a role model for food safety practices
Control of Finances and Stock:
  • Budget-based cost management
  • Maintaining efficient budget control
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained at acceptable levels
  • Secure storage and accurate record-keeping
Safety and Health:
  • Maintaining health and safety systems in the kitchen
  • Working safely according to health and safety legislation
Development and Training:
  • Performance management for kitchen personnel
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive attitude
