Senior Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the store management team to ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
  • Drive store sales through strategic merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as sales, conversion rates, and units sold.
  • Support the Store Management team in optimizing financial performance by effectively managing costs and ensuring audit compliance.
  • Foster a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance their performance and engagement.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Support cash management tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve performance.
Performance Objectives:
  • Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.
  • Drive all additional KPIs including but not limited to Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  • Achieve upselling or cross-selling targets.
  • Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  • Ensure stock accuracy during store Audits.
  • Ensure all new colleagues complete mandatory training required.
  • Ensure employee engagement or satisfaction survey results meet or exceed company benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passionate about retail and hold a good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
  • Previous experience of coaching and developing individuals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keen eye for detail and commerciality.
