About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at Sysco Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and seek approval of creditors invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Manage creditor credit notes, reconciling summaries versus statements and administering earned income claims.
  • Provide administrative support with intercompany POs, working closely with operations and merchandising teams.
  • Liaise with creditors, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy Accounts Assistant role, with a relevant accountancy qualification preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP software, particularly AX, and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and management skills, with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
  • Strong people skills and team player attitude, essential for this role.
