Senior M&E Coordinator Job Description

Seeking an experienced professional to manage service installations for residential and commercial projects in Dublin.

This role involves overseeing the installation of various services, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractors and subcontractors, analyzing data to inform key management decisions, reviewing and reporting on specifications and design drawings, and coordinating the flow of information between the design team and services subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, sprinkler & process systems, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills. They must also be able to work independently, with a high degree of responsiveness and initiative. A proven track record in commercial/industrial or residential projects is essential.

  • Relevant engineering degree or diploma required.
  • 8+ years' experience with a main contractor or building services contractor/consultancy.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
