Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and carrying out machinery troubleshooting. This role requires a skilled professional who can effectively analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and equipment.
- Support preventative maintenance programs to identify potential problems before they occur.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills.
