Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled counsellor to provide high-quality support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical outcomes and the ability to deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality counselling or brief interventions with outstanding clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and formulate evidence-based interventions.
  • Offer flexible service delivery models, including face-to-face sessions.
  • Maintain adherence to case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and the therapy team.
  • Manage sessional limits based on client benefits.
  • Provide referrals and signposting as needed.
  • Offer wellbeing support and coaching services.

Required Qualifications:

  • BACP Accredited membership is essential.
  • A minimum of 450 supervised counselling hours.
  • At least 3 years of full-time post-qualification experience in counselling.
