Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to provide high-quality, effective and safe remote counselling services to our clients nationwide. As a member of our team, you will work independently and collaboratively with internal and external services, organisations and safeguarding agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based interventions
- Deliver group psychoeducation, raise mental health awareness and promote mental wellbeing through remote presentations, workshops and training
- Collaborate with the operational and clinical team to improve client and employee experiences
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and our service policies and procedures

Requirements:
- BACP Accredited membership
- Minimum of 450 supervised counselling hours
- 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience
