Financial Due Diligence Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Transaction Advisory Services manager to lead our financial due diligence initiatives. As a critical member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with clients to deliver high-quality services.
- Manage complex financial due diligence engagements across various sectors, leveraging expertise in financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Analyse large datasets to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to clients and senior management, effectively communicating complex information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence specialists.
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture through effective leadership and knowledge transfer.
- Lead the preparation of valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments, leveraging expertise in transaction advisory services.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, preferably in financial due diligence. Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
