Job Title: IT Systems Trainer

About this role:

As an IT Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to employees and managers across multiple sites. Your goal will be to ensure that all users are confident and competent in using our new systems, supporting a smooth transition and adoption.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering face-to-face classroom/virtual training sessions or simulator tailored to different user groups
  • Collaborating with the project team to understand training materials, timelines, rollout plans, and establish metrics to measure successful completion
  • Localising and adapting training content to suit site-specific needs and user capabilities within a multi-cultural environment
  • Providing on-site support during go-live periods and acting as the first point of contact for training-related queries

Additionally, you will be required to:

  • Gather feedback from training sessions and provide feedback to the project team
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and user readiness
  • Support change management activities by promoting system benefits and addressing user frustrations/barriers
  • Liaise with site leadership to coordinate training logistics and ensure alignment with operational needs

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven experience delivering training in a fast-paced, operational or multi-site environment
  • Experience supporting system rollouts or digital transformation projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Confident in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently across multiple locations
