Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage room reservations across multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online systems efficiently.
  • Manage booking amendments and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Update Property Management System (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems accurately.
  • Upsell property facilities and packages to maximise revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous reservations or front-office experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for success.
  • A strong attention to detail is necessary for accuracy.
