• Lead, coach, and manage a team of data scientists to ensure they adhere to industry best practices.

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and managing a data science team.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud computing environments and machine learning applications.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and inspire team members.
• Databricks certification preferred.
