Job Role

This is a challenging and exciting position as an Estimating Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining tender documents across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document control for the Estimating & Proposals team, including incoming transmittals and internal collaboration documents
  • Oversee Tender documentation to ensure all parties have access to required documents as needed, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs and reports
  • Maintain overall tender list in conjunction with the Estimating & Proposals Lead
  • Coordinate shared documentation across multiple teams during tender collaboration process
  • Assist Estimators with issue of tender packs to subcontractors & vendors
  • Maintain sub-contractor & vendor database and details
  • Monitor progress of requests for quotations and enquiries received from suppliers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in similar pre-construction estimating role or document control role
  • Knowledge sharing application skills advantageous (e.g. Viewpoint, BIM360)
  • High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • High level of verbal and written English essential
