Job Title:

Estimating Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the estimating and proposals team, you will be responsible for managing estimate documentation, ensuring timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for coordinating tender documentation, guaranteeing access to required documents for all parties involved in the project. This includes drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs, and reports.

Maintaining an up-to-date tender list in collaboration with the estimating and proposals lead is crucial for this role. You will coordinate shared documentation across multiple teams during the tender process.

Additional responsibilities include assisting estimators with issuing tender packs to subcontractors and vendors, maintaining a database of suppliers, and monitoring the progress of requests for quotations and enquiries received from suppliers.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar pre-construction estimating or document control role.
  • Knowledge of knowledge-sharing applications such as Viewpoint or BIM360 would be beneficial.
  • High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of verbal and written English essential.
