Job Description

The Clerk of Works will be responsible for supporting our in-house design team members across a wide range of Building, Civil, Architectural & Structural Engineering projects in the construction oversight of their project designs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the projects we design are completed to the highest of standards in accordance with the relevant Statutory Regulations.

This role requires a highly developed planning & organisational skills and a flexible attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or an equivalent professional qualification;
  • National Certificate/National Diploma in Construction Studies or Civil Engineering issued by the National Council for Education Awards/Further Education Training Awards Council;
  • Membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works in Ireland, or possession of a full course certificate in building issued by the Technical Instruction Branch of the Department of Education or a first-class Technological Certificate (Intermediate Stage) or a Technological Certificate (Advanced Stage) issued by the Department of Education or satisfactory supervisory experience of building work;
