As a leading figure in Digital Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy cutting-edge methodologies in the field of Digital IP Design
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that enable clean, safe, and smart cars
  • Facilitate and encourage innovation across boundaries, both internal and external to the organisation
  • Monitor and respond to external and internal trends
  • Coach & challenge new ideas, actively balancing risks and opportunities, and drive strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree within a STEM area
  • Bring at least 15 years of relevant experience in Digital Design from Digital IP design
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of Digital Design Methodologies and flows
  • Proven ability to develop complex digital designs targeting high speed and/or low power, and a deep understanding of the SoC implementation flow
  • Proven ability to solve critical problems with high complexity by proactively involving expert networks, and to leverage deviations to support continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey your ideas/proposals in both verbal and written forms and influence others
  • Ability to use time productively and efficiently when faced with multiple tasks and priorities
