Job Description

As a Digital Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our organization. Collaborating closely with the Digital Enablement Manager and various stakeholders, you will oversee the strategic roadmap for our websites, ensuring they deliver an exceptional user experience.

Our innovative Digital Enablement Team is seeking a highly motivated and business-focused individual to join their ranks. As a Digital Product Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Enablement Manager and key stakeholders to manage the strategic roadmap for our websites.
  • Partner with UI/UX teams to implement cutting-edge user experience solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead the change request workflow, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage the static site backlog, prioritizing high-impact changes and efficiently addressing day-to-day requests.
  • Serve as the essential link between the business and digital operations, proactively identifying trends and training needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance business environment, with at least 2 years in website management, marketing communications, or an IT role.
  • A third-level qualification (Degree/Diploma) or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; working knowledge of Azure, GA4, Miro, Glass box, and A/B Testing is desirable.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
